Referral Changes- Please read

Due to significant waiting lists NO REFFERALS are currently being taken for Chester and Chester Rural.

Please note we do not have an open referral criterion for the following locations: Chester, Chester Rural, Macclesfield, Crewe and Winsford all referrals must be from CWP Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
We have an open referral criterion for patients registered at the following G.P. Surgeries: Willaston Surgery, Neston Surgery, Neston Medical Centre, and Westminster Surgery Ellesmere Port.
Nautilus Welfare Fund and Chapel House Care can accept open referrals for beneficiaries of these organisations
